What is monthly active user (MAU)?

A Monthly Active User (MAU) is a unique user who engages with and returns to your website or web application within a period of 30 days. This means that any user opening your website or web application more than once in a single month is counted as the same MAU. Also, users who don’t use the app in a period of 30 days are not counted as MAU.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time. Your subscription will remain active through the billing period you have paid for. Your subscription will be deactivated after the billing period. Until it’s deactivated, you can come back and use the product. You won’t be charged anymore.

Is my payment information kept safe? Is it secure?

We do not store your payment information. Your information is being handled by our payment solution company (Stripe) which has a highly secure system and strict privacy policy. Your payment information is in good hands.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any point during your subscription term. Your current plan, will be cancelled and your billing cycle will restart on the day of the upgrade. You’ll be charged for your previous plan on a pro rata basis and you only pay for the difference.

What happen if I go over my MAU limit?

If you exceed the number of active users allowed in your plan, you will be notified and you can upgrade to a higher plan to increase your MAUs limit. You’ll be notified by email when you reach 2/3 of your MAUs limit. We send you a second

notification when you reach the limit.After the second notification, you have 72 hours to upgrade. If you don’t upgrade, all your guides will stop working until the end of your current billing period.
