Chaperone offers you an easy way to create your guides. With its simple and intuitive editor, you will be able to create your interactive in-app guide to help your users or employees in a few minutes.

Chaperone has been created to lighten the task of IT teams or developers. And best of all, anyone even of marketing or CRM team can implement and manage guides without any technical skills..
How does it work? Once you have your extension install and activated, visit the web page where you want to start the guide. Do you already have some objectives to achieve with your guides? Or just making some tests? Anyway we are available anytime to help you.
Getting back to our guide; once you are on the website, you can create your guide in 4 steps.
4 — Click the “Create the first guide” button
3 — Set your guide title and description and click the Create guide button to save your guide.
2 — Select the guide item that matches well with your use case. A modal? A walkthrough? A tooltip? There is an Add an item button to help you select items. (Each item is attached to an element)
1 — Fill the item widget with title and/or content. Choose a position for the widget and click Pick element button to register the element id. Mouse over your web page and you will see a blue selector activated. Click the element you want to attach the item to. Once you finish, click the Save button to save the item. You can add as many steps as you want.
